  • Focus on fractured pelvis, shoulders, ankles, and tibial plateaus

  • Fractures during surgery 

  • Non Weight bearing or partial weight bearing patients 

  • Ensuring patients follow correct exercises and movement programs at the appropriate time

  • All functional abilities addressed, including stairs, getting in and out of bed, walking and daily needs

  • Maintaining contact with surgical and trauma teams in order to ensure progression through all stages of recovery

  • Ensure return to full functional ability 

  • TKR, THR, revision surgery and total shoulder replacements 

  • Established relationships with leading orthopaedic surgeons in London and the South East maintaining direct communication throughout the surgical process

  • Knowledge of surgical techniques, outcomes and preparation for surgery in combination with a deep understanding of trauma and orthopaedics to optimise recovery plans 

  • Delivering bespoke treatment plans in line with your hospital stay and discharge dates to optimise outcome and recovery at home

  • Managing wounds, healing and medication alongside your surgical team

  • Industry experience to help deal with care agencies, nursing, equipment and onward referral
